When the frame first comes up, only the top portion shows and I got that same first impression. Once the whole thing is visible, it becomes clear, but it would have helped if your daughter's sweater were a different more contrasty color - I suppose a good Photoshopper could change that, but it might be simpler just to take another picture. The subjects are great, though.

I don't get that. When the frame or any frames comes up on my computer, the image is full in an instant.
Are you people running dial up on an old computer ?

It may depend on the monitor size and screen resolution being used - when first opening the thread, much of the frame can be taken up by the logos and headers, showing only part of the first image at the bottom - if so, scrolling down is necessary to bring up the entire image.
