She looks way too young to be a grandmother.

Do you have any noise reduction software? A person might be able to cut the noise that way, but you'll need to do that before any other modifications.

Well she was 17 in that pic so she had my mom alittle while after that pic was taken I think a year or 2 and im 20 so it was taken awile go lol but no I don't have any noise software I was trying to find a cheap or free plugin for my photoshop elements 7

Well done zombz

The colour improvement is great, as well as the cloning / repairing of the tear in the photo.

About the photo itself, the white strip on the tyres of the old car really 'set the era'. I've done a few similar 'digital repairs / improvements' to old photos (of my family or me when I was younger) - and can attest, it can take some time.

Cheers. Your grandmother looks good in this photo, and very interesting clothing. The scene (with house / natural backdrop) is also very nice.
