That is a really great shot, nice composition. What is on the wall to the right of him? Did he know he was having his photo taken?

Its a power strip. No he didnt.
My sony cybershot dsc f828 had a silent shutter. I loved taking candids with it.

His daughter had just fallen off a horse, after becoming entangled with the reigns. The horse bucked wildly... eventually knocking her to the ground.

Once the situation was under control... he sat down... and had that moment

Great photo. And the story behind it helps to 'place' him in that.

Certainly a B&W candidate!

Maybe an even closer up of his face would've been powerful too.

Like the little touches (eg power board). Maybe if that tap to the right of the photo would've been fully included that would be good.
