I can't critique your shot because you logo is taking up 1/4 of the image!

I am relatively new here and in no position to critique anyones work, I am just here to observe and give my opinion on some of the pictures.
So far , upon viewing a number of photos, I get the impression that vidid colors are some type of pre-requisite in order to "score points" with your shot.
My favorite pictures on the other hand are those that show as much of the subject as possible and taken in a more natural way. But of course that is just me.

I like the effect of the fill flash & the reflection on the wings. By the way, there is gracious, constructive criticism intended to help, which is by far the norm on this forum. There's also just arrogant criticism for criticism's sake, which offers no solutions and no benefit to anyone. I think you've seen examples of both here on this thread. I hope you keep posting so we can enjoy your creativity.

Your logo says 'dramatic depth design', this is a good representation of your philosophy. I appreciate the technique, most evident to me in the selective depth of field and the bright highlights. Also like the composition and that it seems intentional. But the shot doesn't appeal to me in any emotional way. Can't really say why. Guess I'm not part of your target market.

i dont like the big green splodge in the bottom left, DOF is too shallow, it seems a little out of focus, its not a good angle, i would have liked to see the eyes, the flower stem and the purple flower take attention away from the subject and the logo is to big..................apart from that i like it

That's funny. Great example of the occassional curmudgeon comments. I love it!
