He got his learner's permit today, and its a bit scary.

Thanks, all. As you can imagine, I couldn't get too close for fear of being attacked by one or both of the parents. Luckily, I had my 100-400 lens, which kept me at a safe distance. However, Mom and Dad kept busy warning off a number of other geese in the pond. Ever vigilant.
