Default We've been waiting...

...since Easter for our lilies to bloom. Finally, this week it happened. C&C welcome.

#1 is fantastic. The depth of field is sufficient to cover the entire bloom, yet the background is blurred. It feels like we're looking down at the flower, which takes away some from the composition, but you may not have had a choice given your background options.

#2 has too much white in the background competing with the lily for my attention.

1 - is outstanding and stunning...
2 - I am placing an order for a frame for my home. Just beautiful.

Indeed the blooms are worth it.

Can't let the wife see those Lilies, great shots. She loves Lilies in the garden but I don't think they would do well where we live with 100f degs and bone dry air.
