Default Fallen feathers

These two sort of go together, a used up feather and a used up tree leaf. I laid on my belly to take this macro shot. I am using a Fujifilm S2000HD. I almost never use "auto" for anything. I play with all the controls, sometimes taking 100 pics of the same thing but, with different settings. All I done with this pic was crop, and contrast. I use Microsoft Picture It express 7.0 for most of my editing. I now have Adobe Elements 9, and am having fun with it.....J4c

Hi,

The image looks very soft and dull. As you said that you are using Elements 9, you can enhance the image as I've made it, as below.

This is just for your information.

I did not have elements 9 at the time of this shoot. But I will go there and look for whatyou used to change it. I used Microsoft picture It express 7.0. Thanks for your input.....Larry

Interesting shot, like the look of the edited version.
