Default Impression of piers at night

All comments and criticism welcome. I already know about the low IQ.

It would be a "deleter" on my card.

Yeah, if the subject is supposed to be the piers, then it wasn't a successful capture.

The subjects are the orange light reflections on the water, the boat and the indistinct dark structure. Saw this physical setup and my minds' eye immediately went to Monet's painting 'Impression: Sunrise'.. My photo was an attempt to pay homage to the master and the painting one scornful critic used to give Impressionism it's name.

works well as an abstract, looks like a painting.

Besides the IQ, I like it. If your camera was able to keep up with your idea, I think the original picture would have been interesting too. I could totally see that as a print or even a painting. An impressionistic / border line abstract work!

Take care, Glen
