Default Raffle tickets

Taken "no flash" about 8:00pm, Sony NEX + minolta 58 f1.4 ISO3200 1/80th

I can't tell the the motive for the picture. Technically speaking, the White Balance is off, and image is soft and a bit grainy (result of the 3200 ISO). Would have turned out better with a flash set to "Slow Sync" in order to balance the ambient light with the main subject.

I disagree with jelpee. ISTM that the photo as shot captures what may well have been seen. At least I "see" softer images in dim light than in bright light, and the color cast could well have been the color of the lighting used. I have no difficulty believing that I may have seen precisely this were I there.

Thanks for the comments. I'll wait for some more before revealing all details of the location so I don't bias the interesting opinions. Just add, since it came up: There was a blue spot light held just "off camera right".
