That is an excellent portrait of the girl.Your choice of BW instead of colour is perfect.Thanks for sharing.

SIMON40, you can try to decrease the noise level with B/W converting, and maybe a little bit of success can be achieved, but the truth is that on the picture is done a lot of post processing. There were nasty details which I removed, Good noise reduction, B/W converting with the effect of color filter and of course contrast and sharpness adjustment.
