How's about your thoughts Jenna....
The title intrigues me- as does the exposure...

Nice composition. Colors seem over-saturated and overall very contrasty. BTW, where's the Palm Tree?

I"m so sorry I attached the wrong one. I've been having problems downloading I guess due to size.

ok so we'll rename this one...... amazing clouds ?

My thoughts, I loved the line up of clouds so as I walked on the beach, dickenson Bay I turned to get the shot. I seem to lose it somewhere in processing the film. I used Gimp for a bit, didn't like it. than went to photomatrix and now i just downloaded a trial of photoshop and lightroom 3.

Film? I thought you had a t1i? I may not know Canon but I'm pretty sure it's a digital camera, no? Are you shooting in Auto, perchance? Seeing as you're a neophyte photog, may I suggest a couple of books for you?

"Understanding Exposure", by Bryan Peterson, and "The Digital Photography Book", by Scott Kelby. Kelby will have you shooting like a pro within 72 hours. No joke... *IF* you follow his advice.

I do have a canon, meant processing the pictures. This particular picture wasn't taken with the T1i though, it was a Canon powershot I had previously. I will def. look into those books. Thanks!
