Default another swan.. :)

Hi, I like this pic. I phased out the one closer swan, and I used the depth of field for the one further out in the water. Thoughts??

Hi Jenna. Again, lovely idea and composition.

This one does have the same problem as your last one in that it has a pile of branches in focus that dont really add to the image.
Id remove the ducks also.

I think this image could work with just the two swans alone (sans branches), but to make it work one swan has to be absolutely crystal sharp, at least at its eyes.

Both swans are blurry, one more than the other and so there is no clear focus point to draw the eye to in the image.

You have some great ideas there though so i would get to retrying these images as soon as possible.

Jenna - the biggest issue here is nothing is really in focus. It looks as if the image might have been heavily cropped. There just isn't any detail in the "subject" swan. As mentioned by the other poster, the branches are a distraction as is the other swan. But those are smaller issues compared to the one where your chosen subject does not appear sharp at all. Again, I suspect the shot was cropped way too much but I could be wrong.
