Composition is really nice, bird is nicely just off centre, the ripples surround the bird nicely, no other distracting points in the image.

But agree with everyone else, its really not sharp enough. Nice job on the composition though, thats the hard part of photogrphy IMO, the technicalities can be much more easily learned.

I think Simon is absolutely correct .
The shutter speed should be the main thing you look at, when you shoot wild animals or other fast moving objects
