Default 1960 snapshot

This photo was copied from a Kodachrome slide with a Sony H70 camera. It is of my wife in our first year of marriage. I desaturated the original and punched up the contrast. A bit of cropping was also done. Any comments?

Any comments, you ask? Just that you are obviously one lucky dog. What a lovely lady. And the copy is excellent...well done.

Thanks for your replies Walter and WCKSer. My wife, Kathy, had nothing to say but her eyes got misty when she read them. There is something about a black and white image that produces a level of nostalgia that is lacking in a color one.

Bynx, here is the original slide as photographed with my Sony H70. It also includes the dust. I think it was Kodachrome II that I was using in my Alpa 6b.
It was taken outside our room at the Kauai Surf Hotel.

You real managed to get some color punch out of that 52 year old slide. Thanks Bynx, I like it.
