A major sculpture incorporating the old heritage clock brought back from London.

It's a interesting shot, just think the title doesn't match the picture all that well. There should be more of the clock showing to represent the time being stolen. The background is too clutter and take away from the main subject of the picture.

Even though the world has time zones the minute hand is always the same isnt it? I mean nobody would be 6 minutes ahead of anyone else?

G'day Samira

I like it for a) you having a crack at a difficult subject / location & b) the display of another sculpture-artist's work

cc- if I may ... I suggest going back again at either sunrise / sunset if the sculpture is located where it can catch the rich red of that time of day, as well as after dark where you can use flash or a strong LED torch to light it up nicely but with a dark or very subdued background

Hope this helps
Regards, Phil

Hmmm. Ive looked at this a few times but i cant seem to find anything i love about it. its well shot and a nice angle so i dont think its your fault. i think the subject is just a difficult one to capture in a photo that gives a viewer an emotional response.

As said though you have a technically good photo, nice and sharp, well exposed so id try other subjects.

Not true - not every time zone is hour based. Take Mumbai, India for instance - they are GMT+ 5:30 hours. Kathmandu is GMT+5:45 hours.

I need to move to the -6 minutes place so I'm not late for work any more.
