I think the flower needs to be on the right third. It appears to me as if the flower is "looking" toward the left. That means the subject needs to be on the right. Just my humble opinion.

i would say the flower needs to be on the right as well, and i dont like the large black area in the bottom right.

the biiggest problem is the white to the right in the background keeps pulling you away

Default Ignoring the rule of thirds.

This was another shot taken at the same time. I threw out the rule of thirds and cropped it so as to please me esthetically. The question here is; is it pleasing to you?
