WOW. I'm really excited, posted a picture called "Bad Sky" were the sky was totally messed up and received lots of helpful (really very helpful) replies. This picture "Nap Time" has received over a hundred views and not a single comment. Guess it just one of those picture that blows everyone away.

It does tell a pretty compelling story.
OK, I might lighten up the shadow areas to bring out a little more of the detail, but that is just a slightly different way of post processing.

hi it does suffer with the shadows i would either lighten or use the dodge tool

Wasn't sure if the dark, depressed look worked or not. Here is a lighter version with just a little different crop added also.

Like it so much. I am 74 and it brings back memories of when I was in high school and took photography. We went to the city park and I took a picture like this of a man sleeping on the park bench. We used aluminum foil to bounce the sun light on him to get rid of the shadows. It was taken with an old Rolex camera.
