Default Orchid close up

My first submission. Bought this at the flea market and loved the colors.

No one? Ok I'll start. Could use some more creative cropping.

I don't see any problem with the crop, myself. Nice colors, and the neutral background brings them out well.
The focus seems to be a bit too much to the back, with the stem and support stick well focused, but the center of the flower blurred and highlights washed out.

The focus is definitely on the stick in the back. Was this taken with a tripod?

Thank you for the replies. I was using an Olympus FE point and shoot. Looks like the auto focus was on the stick not the flower.

Like the colors in the re-edit.
