Default Buildings, rocks and boats...

I would really appreciate your feedback on this shot...composition, exposure, ways of improving it?

I like this the rocks are good for ground but lead you through to the rest of the scene and then you are taken right to left.
only slight problem sky is slightly washed out as you go to the horizon

The rocks in the first shot were distracting, including the shadow on the one at right. The second is more appealing.

in the olden times we had 'split neutral density filters'

today we have 'photoshop' (I use DIP-9)

select top 'rectangle' ~ boost contrast 25-30%

VOILA

I don't see the point of boosting contrast, it doesn't add anything to the image.
