Default Moody seascape Western Australia July early morning

I took this photo yesterday morning, we were looking for surf .

Yes mate - you've certainly made it very dark and a touch 'Alfred Hitchcock' like
cc if I may- if you were after the surf, maybe a bit less sky might emphasise the water??

I like this but i have to say the sea looks great but the sky looks grainy on my screen

Thanks for the comments, this photo was taken near Denmark Western Australia. I live near Albany about 50 km from here.

G'day Tony

To follow on from Wave's comment...
Play with the up/down scroll bar and see which half of the image has more 'power' / 'attraction' etc

Critically look at the top half - then the bottom half .... and you will easily see what needs cropping to change it from a 'camera shaped image' to a 'great to look at image'

Great, moody stormy scene, very nice. I think you went a bit hard on the sky, it doesnt look like it fits. Id tone back on the contract/dodge/burn or whatever you did with the sky.
