quite an interesting picture but i would watch the left side which is blown and really keeps taking my eye off the subject

nice angle. As mentioned the sky is completely blown out. Its a tad blurry also. Getting in closer to the cogwheels might have given a slightly nicer composition, and you could have cut out a lot of sky that way.

Might be a good candidate for a b&w treatment.
