I see what I screwed up, it should be available without requesting permission now (as long as you have the link)
(It now loads properly from a browser with which I've never logged into my Google account)

Sorry about that!

....Update: Fantastic, I now know what I did wrong. In the future, I'll get it right the first time

It looks OK as the larger file to me but doesn't say much without an exif

As an aside, I really should fix the copyright date in my camera settings...

I opened it in DXO as well and couldn't get any exif..Maybe it's because you have Infraview plugins have opened/ saved the file with picasa that you can view/read the exif..

All RAW camera files (ie straight from the camera) are exif readable with Opanda, DXO and Corel

I've NEVER used Picasa. Yes, I have the plugins installed for IrfanView. When I uploaded the NEF from home, it was the original, unsaved, never touched NEF file from my backup. Today, when I tested it, I used the same download link, saved to my desktop (of my work computer, which has never had this NEF file on it), and opened in both PS CS5 and IrfanView, both gave me the EXIF...

Really not sure what's going that it won't work for you

Edit: Did you right click -> Save As? or did you use the download button at the top of the screen? Perhaps Google drive processed the image that's displayed on the screen (I definitely got the original file when I used the download link). Just a thought...

Edit2: Ok, I installed DropBox, I wonder if Google was processing the image for some reason...

Added DropBox link to prior post.
Also opened a VPN home, logged onto my file server, grabbed the original copy of the NEF, and emailed it to you.

Also, this is a 10 year old camera, perhaps the software you're using cannot see the EXIF in old NEF files without the NEF plugin installed... Just a thought.

That was a PNG though, was it not?
Or are you talking about the NEF file I uploaded...
