Default Tawny Frogmouth & chicks

G'day all

Camping for a few days holiday over New Year at a northern New South Wales [Aus] farm, I came across this family

Parent + 3 chicks - who were growing up fast

Panny G2, 14-140 @ 140; 1/160 x f5,6, iso-200

After a week or so of my viewing, they were al gone one morning

Regards, Phil

They are very well camouflaged! Nicely captured!

Thanks fellas

Mike - they are hard to spot - usually movement from parents to & fro the nest is what reveals them
