Can you post the pic here? I don't like going to un-named URL's--Too dangerous.

No worries about the unnamed URL - it's perfectly safe.

Shouldn't it be called "Orange X Lime"?

Definitely an interesting composition. My first thought is that you need a little more depth of field in order to get the first glass completely in focus. If you look at the top of the lime, there's some softness there which to me is a distraction. I do however like the use of depth of field to throw the glass containing the orange out of focus.

Hi,

I agree about the DOF, but for me, the glass in front should be better lit, particularly as the out of focus glass is lit better than the front one. This is fairly difficult, as the reflective surfaces are hard to manage.

I agree that this is an interesting composition. I'd like to see future efforts of the same.

I do not see the DOF issue that is mentioned by others. I do see lack of detail because of exposure. You are under exposed here and the front of the main subject lacks lighting.

Attached is an edited version with an exposure adjustment. I think lighting is the only issue here.

It is an interesting shot, with character, but it does not speak to me.

What is the point you are trying to get across with the image?

I like the foreground focus, I do that a lot. I'd bet you could clean it up, though, with slightly more or less DOF, as other poster said.
