Any suggestions, apart from perhaps telling them a joke to get them to lighten up a bit ?

I'll have to say that I don't think I've ever paid any attention to thefacial expressions of cattle before.

But, you've managed to capture some interesting ones. I've never noticed this kind of thing before that I can remember when looking at cattle. Sleepy (or even hungover) comes to mind. :-)

Now, if we could only come up with some good punch lines to go with those expressions. :blah:

Jim, if you look in the Dictionary of Cow Expressions, published by Collins,you'll find that the entry for Sleepy and Hungover, reads BORED.

Wouldn't you be if you spent all day doing nothing and then all night..........doing nothing !

Wagaboo, i'm trying to figure out if you mean the beef is on the ground, or like me, you would prefer them to be ground and served up .
