I'd be interested to see something a little less 'special effects', or maybe the original for comparison. I mean I like the idea, I just feel the effect is too strong maybe. Just to try to get some of the surrounding's detail.

Just my $.02:-),

Dave...

haha, very true

that was what i was going for...but i couldn't find a way to let some detail show through without killing the effect (everything turned gray...)

i could play with it some more

thanks for your input!

Vito

*EDIT* here's the original

Vito,

You've been at this too long too long to ignore the custom wb feature. A couple of years now, isn't it? :-)

Attached is a corrected version.

Taking into account the composition, I like the effect of seeing your back to the camera. It does make me want to look in the direction you are facing and makes the whole pic that much more interesting. Interesting presentation, but a bit too much in the white for me. Dave's edit is on the right track IMHO...Thanks, best regards,

KennethD

I like all the edits. The given title doesn't seem to fit well for methough. Of course, everyone's idea of dreamy is different. When I think of dreamy, I think of something like the edit I've attached here. Vito, I think your original works very well for my idea of dreamy. :-)

All of them nice.

I like Vito's attempt and sharing of what is his interpretation of a Dreamy Spot. Like where he happens to be is a "dream come true" perhaps.

I am too much the newbie to this to say much more or even try to edit his photo.

I like them all.
