Forgive earlier posts, with non-existent images. I think the process has been worked out. Gratitude to Stevekin in UK.

We suggest reading Ferny's description on posting which is must helpful.

Blimey Richard, I thought I was looking in a mirror just then :G.

If I may just elaborate on Richard's recommendation to view Ferny's descriptive and informative post on inserting your images here on Steve's. You may notice that Richardi has a couple of posts inviting critique, without anything to actually critique. No pictures.

Just when we both thought it was never going to happen, having tried everything we could think of, multiple explanations of how to post and me thinking I was giving incorrect informationwith Richard not being able to understand. I almost came to the conclusion that there is just no helping some people :-).

On visiting Ferny's post again, it suddenly dawned on us . With me using IE6 it became clear why Richardi was not getting the relevant boxes on screen. What with him using Netscape !!

When I click on Insert Image (the three coloured balls), I get a box appear called Explorer User Prompt and in the pasting area it starts with http:// and I just have to paste the imageUrl into the space after this and click OK. Now I know this will be familiar to probably the majority of you already, but Richard uses Netscape and this doesn't appear, in fact no box appears, so checking Ferny's post again we realized what was required. Insert the copied Url in between the[img][/img]

So Netscape users who have yet to post a pic, follow Ferny's guide to the letter and you won't go wrong.

The confusion for Richard and myself was simply caused by not knowing we were dealing withdifferent browsers. But a phone call made it easier to find this out.

Thanks for your time.

Nice monkey Richard.

Stevekin.

Be careful Tom, I've just let him out for feeding, and I think he's heading for Canada :blah:
