I will not put all the photos here..Instead check out this link where I have collection of my photos thatIhave clicked with my new Panasonic FZ15. I have done some cropping and post processing.

I will appreciate if you pros could comment and give me the feedbacck for improvement.

I'll comment on the image you've posted here. I rarely comment on photos that are more of a candid type shot because it is difficult to analyze the photographer's technique and know what was planned or what is luck.

Comments:
You've captured a nice expression on this one and the catchlights in the eyes give it a nice impact. I'm not fond of the blurring vignette, but many photographers use it for children.

Look closely at background elements in your scene before pressing the shutter release when that is an option. Here, a solid even background will be nicer. You can probably fix it up in post.

The framing is ok, but I rarely like to see they eyes dead in the center of the frame. I suggest cropping equal amounts from the top and left side. Crop so the right eye is on the axis of the top and left 1/3 of the frame.

Exposure is good and the sepia toning works well here.
