This Saturday May 14th, there was a Ratha Yatra parade in Mexico City, this experience made me realize how difficult might be for reporters to get the right images with all that people moving and some other photographers fighting to get the best spot.

Here are the 3 parade cars moving away from the Revolution Memorial Monument, inside each car there is a Deity, children and some adult in the service of the Deity.

Please be aware that the old man in this car is made of wax.

All your comments and tips are welcome. Thank you.

You have captured these scenes very well, but because they are so busy with lots of people and colour, there isn't any one center of interest. I found my eyes moving all around and not really settling on anything. Not your fault.

In the second image, as I am aware that the old man is made of wax, I find I cannot take my eyes off him :O. It is an amazing likeness of an old man, whoever 'sculpted' this is obviously very skilled.

I seewhat you meanabout getting a good vantage point. You did well in the circumstances.

Stevekin.
