Another exercise in composition. Please feel free to make your opinions known, good or bad comments are recieved and listened to. How else do we learn?

i like the idea.. silhouetting clouds with some other objects is a very nice way to present an interesting cloud formation..

i don't think you need the left or the bottom buildings on this shot.. i think you only need the right building with the cloud peeking out from behind it.. and if you are going to silhouette, do it completely so that the building is black or near black.. a polarizing filter will help out with this as well as help to darken the sky and better outline the cloud formation.. an even better way to do this is to use a mountainside instead of a building

yea.. that is definately what i was talking about.. i like this one much better.. thanks for taking the time to edit!!

next time you see some mountains or interesting cliffs, make sure you remember this technique, i think you will find its useful in many situations..

I thank you for taking the time to help out. I have been taking photo's for abot 50 years now allthe way back to the brownie box cameras, amd still have a lot of learning to do!!! Thanks again, Dustin!
