OK the things that I dont like about this image are the sky could be a little bluer and the foreground a little brighter but I dont know how to change this.....

What does everybody else think?

You could use a split ND filter, or bracket your shots, and blend them in editing. The more you get right in the camera, the better though. With the split filter you could expose the shot for just a tad longer, and it would brighten the FG, and not blow out the BG. There are other ways, but these I am familiar with.

The Mountains are amazing though! The house and FG seeem a tad boring to me, but that is just my opinion. Keep it up and next time you try, post and tell us what you did.

you can also expose for the sky then open up the foreground in shadows/highlights tool in PS.. then unmask the sky using a brush with a black foreground color which will bring back the deep blue sky..

a ND is a better way to go though.. though the PS works in pinch.. i think you need to move your foreground interest closer to you.. right now there is too much deadspace at the bottom.. nice mountains though, definately worth another few hundred shots!!
