I cant agree on this one.....

Your wee cat is competing andloosing to the mountain top, and the potted plants for that matter. My eyes are dizzy from darting around the shot. As much as all is nice.

Well done on the exposure, but I would work on the composition if you want a picture with more punch and reviewability.....

Remember your cats eyes wherever they are in the shot must be the point of focus or you can forget it..... focus in literal terms and as far as interest also.

Of course this photographmight be exactly what you were after, but in that case it will remain one for the family only...

take care.

The lighting and composition are excellent. My only suggestion would be to use a wider aperture to keep the background more out-of-focus. This would prevent the distraction mentioned by LBoy, and keep the viewer's eye on your lovely kitten.

I tend to agree with LBoy - although the cat is adorable, its competing with the plants and scenic mountains in the background.

But of course, if you're attempting to show a portrait of your pet that illustrates the scenic habitat it has the privilege of residing in - it achieved it purpose.

I like the warmth of the lighting, though.
