We took this last year in the Smokies. We really like it and just wondered what someof you think of it.

Like alot of people I'm a fan of waterfall shots and I like this one.

this is a pretty good attempt.. its a very beautiful scene... but i thought it could use a bit of minor post-processing to bring out the "inner beauty".. started with a quick levels edit.. knocked down the highlights just a tad.. then i ran the velvia vision plugin with its dynamic range increase to boost saturation and increase shadow detail...

Nice edit Dustin,The detail on the falls is fantasic.

For some reason the picture lost some detail and color when I resized it for the post.

The prints we have made of it are much better.

i also did a small amount of unsharp mask as well.. you may try that AFTER resize, it will gain you back some of the details lost in web-resize..
