in the 1st photo i like the warm tones, the unusual composition and the sense of movement in the image. the 2nd photo of the bird is really nice too. it has a very "painterly" feel to it, and i love the colors....niceĀ* work.

First shot is great, just a tad overexposed.

2nd shot is great, nice background, framing seems a little strange.

i like the composition and the pose on #1.. that is very unique and just a great shot..

the second one is composed well too.. the background blur is a little odd, but i think thats from a point n shoot right?

I like #2. The detail on the feathers is great. It almost looks airbrushed, very soft. Why'd you call it hope because it looks good?! I like the blurred background because it causes the eye to focus on the details of the subject, the bird. Tropical.

I really like the second one, the colours in it are amazing, you have great depth in them. The branch the bird is perched on looks good aswell but the birds eye, the red on green really makes the shot (and the bird, I suppose).

Two excellent photographs.

"There are no rules in photography, only good photographs".... I think that was one of Ansel's ... ?

However remove the guy at the back...
