These shots were taken with a Kodak EasyShare 5.0 Digicam I picked up for 75 bucks the other day!
Not bad for a Kodak, huh?

watch the flair shooting into the sun...

the last image though works well.. maybe a boost in saturation and then play with the levels so you get a pure silhouette effect would help it a little more..

don't shot directly into the sun... hehe..

actually its tough, i usually make sure all the filters are off my lens and just hope for the best.. so basically i am saying, take several shots and hope for the best..

anyone else got any suggestions?

What is it that isn't understandable, in this one sentence in this Forum Guidelines:

"4. Be Concise
Please post only one image per thread...this will allow each image to be judged on it's own merits and keeps the thread on topic."

I'm curious.........??
