It's Nice Julies, has that pastel feel. Did you take this in Millbrook this weekend?

no, this one was shot in my dining room, lol. i didn't even bring my camera to millbrook, it was too rainy!¬* it's a pretty vineyard, i'll have to return on a nicer day....if we ever get one.

this is a pretty good shot, but i kind of preferred the slightly oof abstract one to this..

thanks dustin, i think i like the colors of the other one better, i kind of like the textures in this one though, i have some more that i like very much that have either selective focus, one that's out of focus completely but it seems some people object to that sort of thing.¬* thanks for looking

well, there is a time and a place for both biting sharp macros and selective focus.. and that is the trick, matching the right technique with the right subject/composition.. looking forward to seeing some more..

and don't worry what ppl object to, post away anyways!!

I really like this a lot. I liked the other one pretty well but I find this one more striking. The texture is outstanding. I love the abstract quality. If you hadn't revealed what it was I probably never would have guessed.
