Hi Julies ,

Nothing special about it , was just trying out my new lens. But I figured you be the first to spot and click on it with the title being "Bear Mountain Bridge"

By the way your Macro "flowers" you just posted are Beautiful!!!!

Just curious you shoot in Raw? and if so how are you resizing them so they are a decent size on here but with good resolution? Seems my Raw and Tiff files are Great but when I go to save in JPG to post here I am having problem with the size etc.. and quality.

yes, i shoot in raw (dustin told me to, lol). when i know i am going to post to the net i save as a jpg at maximum quality. usually that's the one i load to my flickr page. then i go into that jpg and resize the image to fit here, no more than 600 pixels on the long side but usually a little smaller....then i save at the maximum quality that doesn't go over the 250400 bytes....i don't even know if this is the right way but it's been working for me so....i'm glad you likeĀ* my flowers

ahh, I have been to that bride many times. Where were you shooting from? If anything on this shot i would try to boost the colors a tad in PS. Nice shot though

when shooting raw..

i usually convert in ACR within PS.. do my major post-processing work within photoshop, including cropping and sharpening, then i save a tiff version at full resolution.. i then backup to before the sharpening (which is always last), resize to 600-700 on long end, sharpen the resized verson, then save side at the highest quality that gets me under 250k..
