Thought the three different phases of the bloom together would make a good subject?

yes.But take care to not blow the nice simetry...in this case the uper rose is doing this.It would be really nice to be in the different point...to be on a spire that crosses all the roses...or something like this...and another problem it's the big diference in exposures...the big one it's to overexposed...

Thanks mad, points noted & stored in memory. Believe it or not the colours are more or less accurate - this particular variety seems to loose it's colour rapidly when the bloom is past its best - it was literally that pale.

it works as a document of three pretty roses, well 2 pretty ones and a dead one.. but for me its a bit too centered and has a bit too much dof.. i would have been exploring those roses a little closer maybe, from a slightly more of an angle, because at least the lower right one looks like its got some very nice depth and form to explore..
