...but i just love it when we get to see the sun around here this time of year!

not enough clouds to make this one very interesting, but the color is nice.

yeah. i know. i can't quite figure out where the noise came from.

the original doesn't have it.

let me see if it was in the image reduction...

Big difference! And colors more deep. What did you do, may I ask?

i went back to the original, used less saturation and hue mod's and used strictly curves.

that enabled me to deepen the contrast and color without comprimising the original as

much.

i caress original instead of bludgioning it and look what happens!

i find that last shot to be quite pleasing... and not really boring at all... a nice canoer or somethin on the water would be super-cool, but hey, can't set up everything...

anyways, i rather enjoy this image..

thanks d'man & a.k..

i appriciate the comments.

i was still hoping for more out of this shoot. i hate shooting the same place over and

over, but this just happens to be a place that i am working right now (big remodel), and,

well...

location...location...location! it's a nice spot.

with the last week being absolutely dismal, our first day of sun was quite nice.

funny thing, though. the clouds hung around the horizon all day except when the sun

set. then......POOF!

oh well! when life makes lemons, i edit the hell out of them and make masterpieces! lol

that is always the case isn't it... inevitable you go out to take a sunset shot because the clouds have been interesting and puffy all day only to find they are all gone.. i feel your pain man...
