Well I looked over it a couple of times and the shot leaves me wanting to see more. I think a boost in the purple saturation might help with giving it more color and contrast but the crop does not seem to work for me. I think because the point of attention seems to be the inside of the flower, which has no real detail or interest. I would try shooting wider and at a different angle.

i prefer the 2nd image.. but the inside of the flower does not balance well with the rest of the shot.. i think if you would have shot at an angle so we didnt have to see down into the flower it would look better...

i prefer the composition of the last one.. just a couple things..

watch your exposure, you lost some detail in the whites.. decrease by about 1/3-1/2

and clone out the spot on the bottom right, the greenish area... takes away from the smooth appeal of the rest of the shot..
