I echo the comments about the glass in the second shot.

The first one I like as is except for the bright spot on the jug.

i had a good artist friend, Alexi Antanov, who does strictly still life.

i will post an example of his work and hopefully it works!

if you are interested in learning how to set up still life, his add. is 1art.com.

he is a painter, not a photographer, but he can sure set up a nice shot.

Nice shot, the only change for me I would like to see the reflection of the grapes just a little less and the glass needs to sparkle to show the end product of the grapes.
