Stonework seems a bit washed out to me & I think the sky would have benefited from a polarizer filter? Any comments appreciated.

nice shot i like the colors. i would use a polarizing filter though. the sky does seem to bland. it's a cool shot though and i like the way it's framed. good job!

i would buy that house from this shot... sharp, well exposed... the sky is a tough one since you had a cloudless day, nonetheless i think it does what you set out to do here..

Thanks Mike & Dustin, I must say I'm quite surprised at both your positive responses - but really pleased. I was a bit hesitant to post it as I wasn't that happy with it myself. I think it's the sky that I don't like - going to try again with a polarizer and perhaps a bit earlier in the day. By the way Dustin, the building is part of my son's school (a dining hall) - but it would make a great house, especially for holding Rocky Horror Parties.
