i like it alot.. nice expression, she looks very thoughtful here.. good composition... good sharpness.. i think you have a nice outdoor portrait here.. nice job!

thank u guys...but there it's something i don't really like : the shadow of the nose due to the lighting

Your right... No good... Throw it away...

With all the PS things you're doing lately, just go in and soften it. Or get rid of it. To good to let go.

I like it.

If you're in PS though working on the nose shadow I'd also have a go at blurring the background a bit more, I find the pattern of the fence/hedge somewhat distracting.

Nothing serious though - it's a nice shot, definitely a keeper with or without PS work.
