This one looks a little fake for my taste. The foreground looks overprocessed while the background looks natural. I would either process the whole thing to look a little fake or keep it all natural looking. I also think it could have been benefited from the rule of thirds.

I agree. You don't need to be a specialist to see all the has been pointed out especially emphatically the fakeness of it. Sorry buddy. But the theme is excellent.

Are you kidding? Guess not. Explain your rule of thirds next time since this is a critique for helping and not just trashing a post as you come off.


Possibly reshoot this with the hill a bit more to the right or left can give this a bit more impact.


The PP as mentioned from quote is not what I see here.

here is what i did

-cropped to make use of lead-in lines from fence and tractore trail

-levels edit to take out haze look

-boost in saturation and contrast

-very mild sharpening

This last one is very good. If you look at it carefully the rule of the third is followed. There is a sense of proportionality balance in colour and generally pleasing to look at. Bravo.
