Abandoned building that I got to climb to the tower and over look the entire city I was in. This is a shot from inside a beam of light was coming through the window.

I think that the beam looks like it was photoshoped in. Is it???

Honestly no, it does look little artifact but I printed it out and it's fine.

Actually looking closer don' t think its artifact it looks like the wood panels the seams are what might be making it look funny on here, but on paper it looks nice. Heck I wish I knew what I was doing in photoshop to do things like that. I still have no clue to photoshop except for correcting color, sharpness etc...

Yeah the beam is not working. I don't know whats causing it but normally a light beam will increase in size the farther it is from the source.

Well it's real and the whole beam is not showing so maybe that's why it looks funny

You have a knack for this type of shots.If youlook carefully you will realise that that beam is not photoshoped in. Take in the entire sceneryincluding thesipping through the wall above the beam.I think it is cool.

I did not say it wasn't real, I said it wasn't working. It may be the way it was captured or something in the processing that has made the beam fail in looking real or natural. Can you post an original or larger size? I would like to see what the horizontal lines are on both sides of the beam. I thougt maybe the planks but you can see the lines extending over some of the support beams.
