Could this be the reason why I think my pics are soft all the time? I better get down to the shop and print out a series of pics to double check. I seem to have to sharpen everything. I posted a question in the Q & A forum in regards to LCD screen settings.

Could be Shadow, my images definitley are much better (sharper & more vibrant)on my work machine than my home machine (same image viewed) -have a much better graphics card & software on myoffice PC.

great colors, though they seem a bit overdone in the first pic. also, looks like there's some noise in the sky portion that should probably be removed. otherwise, i like the shot!
