I think it's a "Lake Amphibian" {model / brand name} So yes if I'm right.

Sure does - note the placement of the pusher engine, hull bottomed fuselage & raised tail section - MUST be why they called it a coot :blah:

The front of the plane missing really 'grabs' me on this one its a great idea for a shot but for me a shame the nose is missing.
