What is the black spec almost center near the bottom? Hummmm....

a weee little bird.

you can follow it's wake to the lower left, but i think it should go, too.

i like this one too... has a nice grainy black and white feel to it.. and good composition.. i think a little tweaking with levels will give you a little better blacks and whites though and subsequently more contrast...

p.s. Dale- those ducks were blurred in the background.. they are fair game to cut in half.. :blah:

i like this too, i agree about a little levels tweak. ......i am reporting all of you to PETA!!!! after i finish my sliced grilled duck served medium rare over mesclun greens with a raspberry vinegarette.

I took the liberty of telling the duck to dive for a fish or something.

Also used my new favourite PS tool "Shadows & Hightlights" to boost it a bit, but hopefully keep the detail.

Lovely shot.




P.S. No Ducks were harmed during the editing of this photo.
