Nice macro work Steve. Did you have to do any USM? Because I have not gotten any pics that sharp using my S9500 on macro.

Thanks Jaki, you've made my afternoon - I liked the way the colours came out in the flower.

this one is better fro sure, i like the angle here.. but not really sure that the bees really do much here, i would actually prefer just a shot of this flower i think..

yeah, that's a gorgeous flower...i'd explore that more (surprise surprise). otherwise i think you need to get a little closer to the bees...overall a pleasing shot though.

Steve, don't know whether you meant it but I thought you might have wanted to shoot the bees. Well, when there are two subject as in this case, what do you do? Chase away the bees or....:G.
