In addition the blend of the colours make it a unique shot. The details are appealing and make it look real and natural. Thanks. Jaki

i like this one quite a bit better than the first... the slight angle is more interesting and the selective color works for this shot.. i think maybe a shade more dof would have kept the lash detail and would have looked nice..

I've been meaning to try something like this ( I keep forgetting).

What's the orange bit in the pupil? is that a reflection?

Hmm, I like it because my eyes are led through the scene finally looking more closely at the reflections of the window. It captures my interest for more than a fleeting moment. The selective color really emphasises detail that might otherwise have gone unnoticed (by me).

Is that your arm reflected in the bottom right? Its a little distracting, especially since I cant really tell what it is.

I like this one quite a bit. The subject in a subject is quite neat to me. The window to ones soul is often mentioned to be seen through a persons eye. I like the fact this window has horizontal blinds in them.

Mike is the eye color original and the rest done with a b/w conversion?
